The 2023 P&C Executive and Committee Members were elected at the Annual General Meeting held in the School Library on Monday 27 February. The P&C President represents the P&C at school and community events, chairs the P&C meetings and supports the other P&C roles and committees.
The Vice President is responsible for managing the ‘Entertainment Book’ fundraiser, coordinating the P&C Sundowner at the beginning of the school year, and assisting and supporting the President as required.
The Treasurer manages the P&C banking, finances and budget.
The Secretary distributes the meeting agenda, manages time during the meeting and takes minutes.
Roles and Committees
Fundraising and Events Coordinator
The aim of this committee is to assist in the planning, preparation and coordination of fundraising and social events for the whole school community.
The Dads Group sub-committee is set up to represent the Fathering Project – Subi Dads Group who conduct activities and events for fathers and children.
The aim of the committee is to maintain, update and monitor the P&C’s Facebook Page, if in use.
Healthy Hub Committee
The aim of this committee is to help develop, maintain and communicate a healthy approach to eating within the school.
Pool Committee Coordinator
This aim of this committee is to manage the operation of the school pool which includes managing the ongoing relationship with Royal Life Saving. The Committee markets the pool, generates income by selling passes, ensures all insurances are sought and current and seeks funding support from external parties.
The aims of the Sustainability Committee are Community building, connecting and inspiring each other to take greater action on environmentally and socially sustainable practices impacting the school locally and across broader regional, national and global contexts – we are all connected!
Uniform Shop Coordinator
The Uniform Shop Coordinator opens the uniform shop on a weekly basis and manages a team of volunteers. They also maintain and manage stock levels and process online orders
The CLP Coordinator shares information with the CLPs and supports them in fulfilling their role. They also provide a link with the school administration and P&C Executive.
