School Psychologist

Ms E Warrener
Our school psychologist is integral to fostering a safe, supportive, and effective learning environment for all students. They play a crucial role in supporting students’ mental health and well-being.
As part of the School Psychology Service, our School Psychologist provides support in collaboration with our Student Services Team. Referrals to the Student Services Team by school staff are managed using a collaborative approach to determine the most appropriate support for each student.
Requests for services, data collection, and information from the School Psychologist will be considered in light of the school’s priorities, the School Psychologist’s caseload, and what is considered essential to improving educational outcomes and students’ well-being.
The School Psychologist provides support to the school in the areas of behaviour, learning, mental health and wellbeing. These services can include consultation, assessment, referrals to relevant agencies, or support for staff in implementing interventions such as documented plans. The School Psychologist role does not include individual student counselling. Parental consent is required for the psychologist to provide support to your child.
