Parent Teacher Interviews will take place on Wednesday 5 April and school will close at 12.00pm on this day.

Collection of Children on Wednesday 5 April 2023
Parents collect children at 12.00pm or children make their way home in the usual way with permission from parents. All classroom teachers will be in interviews and all classrooms used for this purpose, we would appreciate if parents can arrange out of school supervision.

There is no change to the Subiaco Children’s Centre out of school care times and they will operate as normal.

Online Bookings – Compass

• Appointment times are available for booking through Compass Conferences for all students.
• Online bookings are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
• The booking system shows all available times for that classroom teacher.
• If all times are booked, please contact the classroom teacher to make alternative arrangements.
• Bookings will close at 9am on Wednesday 5 April.

Interview process

• Interviews will be held in your child’s classroom and start at 12.30pm, with some interview times available until 5.30pm.
• Each interview is 10 minutes.  It is important that all parents are on time, as appointments are scheduled back to back.
• Interviews are between parents and teachers, children are not involved in the interview process.

Booking process

• Click on the notification in your Compass homepage.
• Select the ‘Start Book Now’ option.
• Your child’s details will appear in the top right-hand corner of the window.
• Select your preferred timeslot by clicking on it. Then click on the teachers name on the right-hand side of the screen.
• Click ‘OK’ in the confirmation pop-up window.
• Your booked timeslot and teacher will then be indicated in green.
