During Weeks 6 and 7, the Social Justice Group have organised for the students at Subiaco Primary School to participate in the Coin Challenge. Money raised will be donated to Care Bags. Care Bags is a state-wide initiative providing support to children going into foster care for the first time.

Children often enter care under traumatic circumstances with little more than the clothes they are wearing. A Care Bag for these children sends a strong, positive message – they matter, they are valued, and people care.

The coin challenge involves each class filling a jar with as many coins as they can, and the winning class will be rewarded with a movie and popcorn afternoon. Good luck!
