Each year, the P&C allocates money from your contributions and fundraising efforts towards a Funding Round for the benefit of our children at the school. We then ask Subiaco Primary School families to help determine how these funds are allocated.
This year up to $25,000 is being made available for the 2025 P&C Funding Round, with further funds being allocated towards the upgrade of our playgrounds.
Anyone from the school community can put forward a Submission, which should align with the priorities of the school.

Key dates:
- Funding round submissions open – Now.
- Funding round submissions close 5.00pm Wednesday 7 May.
- Funding round submissions reviewed Wednesday 14 May.
- Funding recommendations approved at P&C General Meeting Monday 26 May.
- Successful submissions announced in the school’s newsletter Friday 30 May.
